About us

Farmer's hands holding freshly harvested cassava roots

An impact-driven agribusiness on a 25-year horizon.

Benue-AgriPro Ltd is a dynamic agribusiness company incorporated in Nigeria, specialising in a comprehensive value chain approach to agriculture. With a clear 25-year strategic horizon, we are committed to sustainable, large-scale farming, processing and market development across Benue and Northcentral Nigeria.

We maintain an integrated footprint across three states: a corporate headquarters in Abuja; over 1,000 of 1,088 hectares of soybean cultivation, silos, processing machines and mechanisation fleets in Niger State; and a corporate office and B2B outstations in Benue State, where our 5,000-hectare integrated agro-value chain is being implemented.

Led by a youthful, visionary team, we integrate syntropic farming principles — a regenerative, process-based approach that restores soil health, enhances biodiversity, reduces external inputs and builds resilient, productive systems for generations to come.

Director's message

A vision born of discipline and optimism.

Abubakar — Director, Strategic Planning & B2B Manager

Our company was born from the vision of a youthful team determined to redefine agribusiness in Nigeria. We believe agriculture is not merely an economic activity but a powerful tool for national development, environmental restoration and social transformation.

With over 1,000 hectares under cultivation in Niger State and ambitious plans for Benue State, we stand ready to execute one of the most significant private-sector agribusiness expansions in Northcentral Nigeria.

Our commitment to syntropic agriculture reflects our belief in working with nature rather than against it — building systems that regenerate soil, support biodiversity and deliver consistent yields with lower long-term costs. We invite investors, partners, government institutions and communities to join us in turning fertile lands into engines of prosperity.

What we do

From bean to meal, under one roof.

  1. 01

    Soybean Cultivation

Large-scale soybean farming on over 1,000 hectares in Niger State, with a 5,000-hectare expansion in Benue State, using certified seeds and precision agronomy.

  2. 02

    Mechanised Operations

A modern mechanisation fleet — tractors, combine harvesters and land-preparation equipment — supporting full-cycle operations from clearing to harvest.

  3. 03

    Syntropic & Regenerative Agriculture

Process-based farming that restores soil health, enhances biodiversity and reduces external inputs — delivering consistent yields with lower long-term costs.

  4. 04

    Processing & Value Addition

Integrated silo and processing centres turning raw soybean into meal, oil and full-fat soy — capturing value within Nigeria rather than exporting it raw.

  5. 05

    Irrigation & Water Management

Primary dams, canals and engineered waterways supply year-round irrigation across our farms — de-risking production from rainfall variability.

  6. 06

    Storage, Logistics & Marketing

On-site silos, warehousing and logistics infrastructure connecting farm output to processors, feed mills and food manufacturers nationwide.

  7. 07

    B2B Outstations & Community Partnerships

Inclusive B2B outstations and community models that bring smallholders into our value chain — ensuring scalability, risk mitigation and shared prosperity.

  8. 08

    Export Readiness

Building toward regional export capacity in the medium term while keeping primary focus on Nigeria's domestic food security and feed industry demand.

Our focus

Soybean is what we do best.

We grow, process and deliver soybean products with a level of care that only comes from true specialisation.

Primary crop

Soybean

Benue's climate and soil produce some of the highest-protein soybeans in West Africa. We cultivate improved varieties on our own farms and through our outgrower network, then process them into three core product lines: high-protein soybean meal for poultry and aquaculture feed, food-grade soybean oil for manufacturers, and full-fat soy for specialised feed formulations.
